What a Workflow looks like

A Workflow is a task you already do, set up so AI does the first draft and you do the judgment. Three from the list we set up most:

Quotes: Paste the customer's request and your price list; get a draft quote in your format with the uncertain bits flagged. You fix the flags and send.
Follow-ups: Two lines of context — "quoted a deck rebuild Tuesday, $6,400" — and you get three short follow-up emails in your own tone. Pick one.
Meeting notes: Paste the transcript or your scribbles; get a summary, who-does-what-by-when, and a draft "as discussed" email.

Every Workflow comes with the same rule: the numbers are yours, the facts get checked, and nothing goes to a customer you haven't read.

Who it's for

Owners and managers of businesses with roughly one to twenty people, who've opened ChatGPT a few times and closed it again. Contractors, trades, bookkeepers, agents, shops, practices — anyone whose week has recurring tasks and not enough hours.

What you bring

Time: About 90 minutes per Session, plus half an hour between them to use what you set up.
Logins: Your email, calendar, and documents. A free ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini account is fine to start.
One task: Something recurring you're sick of doing. That becomes the first Workflow.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can send an email and open a spreadsheet, you have every skill this needs. The Guide does the setup with you, on your screen, and writes it down.

Is it safe to put my business information into these tools?

Some of it, in some tools, with the right settings — and that's exactly what Session 1 sorts out. We put everything you'd paste into three buckets (public, internal, confidential) and decide together what goes where. Passwords, card numbers, and customer financials never go into a free tool.
