One price. One payment. Everything included.
Most people asking "how much does AI help cost" have seen consultants quoting five figures. This isn't that. It's three weeks with one Guide, priced for a business of one to twenty people.
The Starter Engagement

- Three live Sessions with the same Guide (90, 90, and 60 minutes) over three weeks
- The basics, taught on your own work
- Two Workflows built with you and running by the Handoff
- Your Guidebook: every Workflow step by step, prompts included
- 14 days of email questions after the Handoff
- Full refund if you stop after the first Session
You pay after the call, not before. The call is free and decides whether this fits.
"First five" means the first five. When they're gone, this line goes and the price is $1,750. We'll never say "limited time" about anything.
The guarantee, and the refund policy, in plain words
Stop after your first Session — tell us within three days of it — and you get every dollar back, no questions.
After Session 2 there are no refunds, but if both Workflows aren't running by the Handoff we keep going, at no charge, for up to one more Session.
Rescheduling is free with 24 hours' notice. The first missed Session without notice is rescheduled free; a second counts as delivered.
If your Guide can't continue — it happens — another Guide picks up from their notes and you get one extra Session free, or we refund the unused Sessions pro rata. Your choice.
The full Engagement Terms say the same things with more commas. You accept them when you pay.
What's not included
- Your AI tools. A free account is enough to start. If a $20-a-month plan is worth it for you, your Guide will say so in Session 2 — and say "no" when it's no. We don't resell anything.
- Software or integrations. Every Workflow works by copy-and-paste as the floor. If you need something wired together, we'll point you to someone who does that.
- A number of hours saved. We won't promise one. Clients tell us what they saved; once a few have, we'll tell you, with their names.
Have a team?
Team Onboarding — a half day for up to five people plus follow-up Sessions, from $2,950 — exists, but every team is different, so we scope it on the Fit Call rather than sell it off a page.
Paying
- How
- A secure payment link after the Fit Call, by card or bank transfer. Handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.

- Once, at booking, before Session 1.
- Instalments
- Two payments of $875 on request — just ask on the call.
- Invoices
- Yes, if your bookkeeper wants one.
