What we collect, and what we do with it

What we collect

• When you book a Fit Call: your name, email, and the answers to a few questions about your business, collected through our scheduling provider (Cal.com).
• When you pay: your name, email, and billing details, processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• When you fill in the intake after booking an Engagement: your answers about your business, tools, and the tasks you want help with, collected through a form on this site (Netlify Forms) and copied to your Engagement folder.
• When you join the tips list: your email address, collected through a form on this site (Netlify Forms).
• When you email us: whatever you send.
• During an Engagement: what you tell your Guide about your business and — only with your consent — recordings of your Sessions.
• When you visit the site: standard analytics (pages viewed, approximate location, device type, how you found us) through Google Analytics 4, configured with advertising features and Google Signals turned off. We don't run ads and don't build advertising profiles.

How we use it

To run the Fit Call, deliver the Engagement, send you the Guidebook and follow-ups, send the monthly tip if you asked for it, answer your emails, keep our records, and understand which pages on the site are useful. We don't sell your information and don't share it for anyone else's marketing.

Who sees it

Your Guide (an independent professional bound by written confidentiality obligations to us), and the providers that run our tools: Netlify (hosting and forms), Cal.com (scheduling), Stripe (payments), Google (analytics, calendar, documents, email), and Zoho (email). Each handles data under its own privacy terms. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies

The site sets analytics cookies through Google Analytics. Because we serve US visitors and don't use advertising features, we don't show a cookie banner. You can block these cookies in your browser or with Google's opt-out add-on; the site works the same without them. We don't currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records for as long as we're required to keep business records. Engagement notes and recordings for a year after your Handoff, then deleted, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Tips-list emails until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from the tips list with the link in any email. Ask us to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you by emailing hello@aiandaguy.com; we'll respond within 30 days. Decline Session recording at any time.

Children

The site and our services are for businesses and adults; we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes get an email to active Clients.
