How it works
Three weeks. One Guide. Two Workflows running when it's over.
Here is the whole Engagement, stop by stop, so there's nothing to imagine. The only thing you do before it starts is book a call.

The Fit Call
A Guide asks what you do, what you've tried, and what eats your week. If we're not the right help, we say so and point you somewhere better. If we are, you get a link to pay and a short intake to fill in.
You: show up. That's it.
15 min
Intake
Ten questions: your tools, whether you use Google or Microsoft, which AI accounts you have, the three tasks you're most sick of, how sensitive your data is. Your Guide reads it before you meet.
You: fill it in, once.
90 min
Basics, then build
About half an hour on the essentials, taught on your work rather than in the abstract: what these tools do well, what they get wrong, what's safe to paste in, and how to save your setup so you never start from a blank chat again. Then you both pick two Workflows and set up the first one together, on a real example, before the Session ends.
You: use the first Workflow on three real jobs this week. Keep a note of anything awkward.
90 min
Second Workflow
Your awkward list goes first — most of it is one more line of context, fixed live. Then the second Workflow, same way. And the $20 question: is a paid plan worth it for you? Your Guide says yes or no, specifically.
You: run both Workflows for a week.
60 min
Tune-up and Handoff
What broke, what drifted, what you stopped doing because it was fiddly — tuned. Then you run each Workflow cold from your Guidebook while your Guide watches and says nothing until asked. Every place you hesitate becomes a line in the Guidebook, fixed then and there.
You: keep the Guidebook. It's yours.

What you bring
- Time
- About 90 minutes per Session, plus half an hour between them to use what you set up. Four hours of live time across three weeks.
- Logins
- Your email, calendar, and documents. A free ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini account is fine to start; we'll tell you if paying is worth it.
- One task
- Something recurring you're sick of doing. That becomes the first Workflow.
- A computer
- One you're allowed to change settings on, and a webcam.
What your Guidebook contains
- Each Workflow, step by step, with the exact prompts and where you saved them.
- The basics on one page: the four moves, what to trust, the three privacy buckets.
- A "when it goes wrong" page for each Workflow.
- The recordings of your Sessions.
- Two or three Workflows you could set up next, alone, with a line of advice each.
Questions, answered
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can send an email and open a spreadsheet, you have every skill this needs. The Guide does the setup with you, on your screen, and writes it down in your Guidebook so you can do it again alone.
Is ChatGPT safe for confidential information?
Not on a free consumer plan, and we'll never ask you to. In Session 1 we sort everything you might paste into three buckets: public (your website, your marketing), internal (your pricing, your process — fine once training is switched off in the tool's settings), and confidential (customer financials, health or employee records, passwords, card numbers). Confidential stays out unless you're on a business plan that contracts not to train on it. We find the settings together. The full answer, bucket by bucket →
Is it worth paying for ChatGPT Plus?
For some people, yes; for many, no. We don't answer that on day one. After a week of real use, your Guide tells you in Session 2 whether a $20-a-month plan is worth it for you specifically, and which one. You pay for your own tools; we don't resell any.
Which AI tool do you use?
Whichever you already have. ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, free tier to start, plus whatever AI is already inside your email and documents if your plan includes it. Every Workflow we set up works by copy-and-paste as the floor, so nothing depends on a feature you don't have.
What exactly is a Workflow?
A task you already do, set up so AI does the first draft and you do the judgment. A quote from a customer's request. A follow-up email from two lines of context. Meeting notes turned into who-does-what. It's saved so you never start from a blank chat, and it comes with a rule for what to do when the AI is wrong — because it will be, sometimes. What if it doesn't work for my business?
You'll know after the first Session. Tell us within three days of it and you get every dollar back. After that there are no refunds, but if both Workflows aren't running by the Handoff we keep going, at no charge, for up to one more Session.
Remote or in person?
Remote, on video, so you're at your own desk with your own tools. In Kansas City we can sometimes come to you; ask on the Fit Call.
Can my team join?
The Starter Engagement is one person — you, or the person who actually does the tasks. For a team of up to five we scope a Team Onboarding on the Fit Call; we don't sell it off a page because every team is different.
Who is the Guide?
A real person, one of a small bench we chose for how they teach. You meet a Guide on the Fit Call, and the same Guide does all three Sessions. They're independent professionals who work with us, not employees of a call center.
