The agreement, in plain English

1. What you're buying

One Starter Engagement: three one-on-one video Sessions with a Guide (about 90, 90, and 60 minutes) scheduled over roughly three weeks; instruction in the basics of using AI tools; two Workflows set up with you in tools you already have; a written Guidebook delivered at the Handoff; and 14 calendar days of email questions after the Handoff, answered within one business day. Anything not listed here — software development, integrations, additional Sessions beyond those described, training for other people — is not included.

2. Who the Guide is

Guides are independent professionals engaged by us, not our employees. We choose them, set the standard a Handoff must meet, and review their work. Your Guide decides how to teach.

3. Price and payment

The price is $1,750, or $1,250 for a founding Client (see §10), paid in full at booking through the payment link we send after your Fit Call, unless we agree to two instalments in writing. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don't store your card details. You are responsible for any AI tool subscriptions you choose to buy; we don't sell or resell them.

4. Scheduling

You and your Guide schedule Sessions directly. Reschedule free with at least 24 hours' notice. The first Session missed without notice is rescheduled at no charge; a second is treated as delivered. The Engagement is expected to finish within six weeks of Session 1; if it runs longer for reasons on your side, we may treat undelivered Sessions as delivered after six weeks.

5. Refunds and the guarantee

If you tell us within three days after Session 1 that you don't want to continue, we refund the full amount paid. After Session 2 there are no refunds. If, at the Handoff, either of your two Workflows is not running as described in your Guidebook, we provide up to one additional Session at no charge to get it running. If your Guide becomes unable to continue, we assign another Guide and add one Session at no charge, or, at your choice, refund the undelivered Sessions pro rata.

6. What we promise, and what we don't

We promise the Sessions, the two Workflows running at Handoff (or the additional Session in §5), and the Guidebook. We don't promise any particular business result, time saved, or revenue. AI tools produce output that can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading; you're responsible for reviewing anything a Workflow produces before you rely on it or send it to anyone. The tools themselves are provided by third parties under their own terms, which can change; we're not responsible for changes to them.

7. Your responsibilities

Provide the access, accounts, and time the Engagement needs; use the tools lawfully and in line with their terms; decide what information you put into any tool (we'll advise, you decide); and tell us promptly if something isn't working.

8. Confidentiality and your information

We and your Guide keep what we learn about your business confidential and use it only to deliver the Engagement. Guides are bound to us by written confidentiality obligations. Sessions may be recorded with your consent so you can keep the recordings; you can decline. Our Privacy Policy covers the details.

9. Who owns what

You own your Workflows, your Guidebook, and everything specific to your business in them. We keep our templates, methods, curriculum, and general know-how, and may reuse them with other Clients. To the extent AI-generated output is protectable at all, whatever rights exist in output created for you belong to you.

10. Founding Clients

The founding price of $1,250 is offered to the first five Clients. In return you agree to give us a written testimonial after the Handoff (which we may publish with your first name and business type), to let us describe your Engagement without identifying you, and to a 15-minute feedback conversation. If you'd rather not, the standard price applies.

11. Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for anything arising from an Engagement is limited to the amount you paid for it, and neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

12. Disputes

Missouri law applies. If something goes wrong, email us first — most things are fixable in a day. Anything that isn't goes to the courts of Jackson County, Missouri.

13. Changes

We may update these terms for future Engagements; the version you accepted at payment governs yours.
